Trained at the Infant Parent Program at the University of California San Francisco, I have over 20 years of experience helping families and individuals overcome a variety of relational and emotional challenges. I help families of infants, as well as individual adults, overcome challenges with:
- Adjusting to a new baby (for parents and older children)
- Prenatal and Postpartum depression and anxiety in mothers and fathers
- Birth Trauma, Pregnancy, and Infant Loss
- General Anxiety and Depression
- Resolving past traumas or distressing memories/unresolved loss
- Adjusting to significant life changes such as a move, relationship loss, returning to work after maternity/paternity leave, etc.
